The UAE Pro League announced that it will kick off the fourth edition of the Capacity Building Programme for professional clubs' employees on March 20th.
This comes as a continuation of the development efforts aim to enhance the capabilities of club employees and work to build up their performance levels in accordance with the UAE Pro League's 2020-2023 strategic plan.
The launch of the 2023 edition of the Capacity Building Programme marks the fourth year in a row, during which, the UAE Pro League implements the Programme aimed at developing the skills of the clubs’ administrative cadres and advancing Emirati football in an integrated manner.
The educational capacity-building Programme includes four main modules, namely the Fan Engagement Officer Module, the Legal and Governance Module, the Marketing and Branding Module, and the Football Administration Module.
Two specialized workshops will be conducted as part of each module of the Programme, in addition to several sessions of mentorship, followed by a project assessment to pass the program, and an international certificate from the UK EduQual organization will be provided for the successful participants
The first module workshop shall start next Monday, March 20, to be completed with the second workshop on March 28, and then starting the mentoring sessions with the consultant assigned to this module.
The Capacity Building Programme for UAEPL club employees continues for the fourth year, after the successes it has achieved over the past three years, through its endeavor to support club employees in the professional-grade and to help clubs achieve more grades in professional fields at all levels.
