In preparation for the eagerly awaited UAE Super Cup, the Board of Directors of the UAE Pro League convened to finalize arrangements for the event, which will feature a thrilling match between Shabab Al Ahli and Sharjah, scheduled for tomorrow, Friday.
The meeting took place at the Al Maktoum Stadium of Al Nasr Club and was headed by UAE Pro League chairman His Excellency Abdulla Naser Al Jneibi.
During this crucial gathering, the board focused on approving new developmental projects for the upcoming season and reviewing reports from the Executive Management concerning technical projects and initiatives.
A notable decision was the implementation of a central player performance analysis system across all clubs and competitions, set to commence in the 2024-2025 season.
This meeting, marking the seventh for the 2023-2024 season, was attended by Vice President Jamal Hamed Al Marri and board members Hassan Taleb Al Marri, Tariq Ali Al Shabibi, Saeed Obaid Al Kaabi, Mohamed Said Abu Zinjal Al Ali and Jawaher Abdulaziz Al Suwaidi, in addition to UAE Pro League CEO Waleed Al Hosani, Business Development Consultant Dr. Khalid Mohammed Abdulla, Institutional Support Director Musab Al Marzooqi, and directors of the UAE Pro League's administrations.
