Al Nasr secured their second victory of the 2026-27 ADNOC Pro League season with a 2-0 win over Hatta at Al Maktoum Stadium on Saturday in Matchweek 6.
Goals from Ramon Mierez and Abdoulaye Toure in the 22nd and 59th minutes gave the hosts all three points, taking Al Nasr to eight points in eighth place, while Hatta remained 13th with three points.
Al Nasr made a strong start, pressing forward in search of an early breakthrough. Kevin Andres Agudelo came close to opening the scoring in the 13th minute, but his effort went over the crossbar.
The hosts took the lead in the 22nd minute when Mierez received a pass from Toure and finished from inside the penalty area to make it 1-0.
Al Nasr maintained their advantage until half-time before continuing their attacking approach after the break.
Toure doubled the lead in the 59th minute with a shot that deflected off a Hatta defender and changed direction before finding the net.
Hatta's hopes of a comeback suffered a further setback late in the match when Hamdan Humaid Hasan was sent off following a strong challenge on Al Nasr's Abdoulaye Sanogo.
The hosts held on comfortably to secure their second league victory of the season and keep a clean sheet.
