Ittihad Kalba hosted second-place Al Wahda in ADNOC Pro League match-week 11 in a game that saw the host team claim a precious 2-1 victory.
The home team was punished for squandering the first real chance of the game that was missed by its striker Mlapa, when Al Wahda’s star Omar Khribin put his side ahead with an opener in the 18th minute of the game.

Ittihad Kalba later managed to turn the table in the final 15 minutes with an equalizer from Ousmane Camara in the 75th minute and a second goal that was netted 6 minutes later by Ahmed Jshak from w perfectly-taken powerful shot from outside the box.
Despite the loss, Al Wahda got to keep the second place with 20 points on goal difference with Shabab Al Ahly who currently lie in third after beating Al Dhafra 1-0, whereas Ittihad Kalba leaped to seventh in the standings having racked up 15 points.
