Goals from Sebastian Tagliabue and Diaa Saba handed Al Nasr a 2-1 derby win over Shabab Al Ahli in matchweek 23 of the ADNOC Pro League at Rashid stadium on Wednesday.
The victory is Al Nasr's first at Rashid Stadium in the Pro League.
Al Nasr opened the scoring after 27 minutes when Tagliabue met Mohamed Fawzi's cross with a clinical finish from inside the penalty area.
The veteran's tenth goal of the campaign means he has hit double digits in each of his nine campaigns in the competition so far.
Eight minutes after the hour-mark, Saba cemented his side's lead when he picked up the ball inside the penalty area, before curling a left-footed effort into the back of the net.
Four minutes from time, Thomas Olsen reduced the deficit when Cheickna Doumbia's strike was saved by Al Nasr goalkeeper, before Olsen pounced on the rebound into the empty net.
The result means Al Nasr sit sixth with 32 points, while Shabab Al Ahli remained fifth with 33 points.
