Al Jazira have put their disappointing start to the season aside by defeating newly-prompted Al Orooba 2-0 on Thursday in matchweek two of the ADNOC Pro League.
Rabii's header fired home the opener and scored the only goal of the game in the 45th minute after a newly arrived Mohamed Elneny produced a brilliant header assist.
Al Jazira failed to convert several clear goal-scoring opportunities, especially in the first half when they dominated the game.
Neeskens Kebano stroked from the spot to secure the three points for the Pride of Abu Dhabi in the sixth minute of the added time.
The result means that Al Jazira are 8th with three points after being defeated in the first matchweek by Bani Yas 0-2, while Al Orooba are zero points after two defeats in their opening two matchweeks.
