De Leonco's brace and two goals from Waleed Ambar and Sultan Al Ghafri secured a 4-1 massive win for Al Dhafra over Al Jazira on Saturday.
Sultan Al Ghafri broke the deadlock and found the breakthrough in the 21st minute when he fired a hammering strike from the midfield after catching goalkeeper Ali Khaseif off his line.
Seven minutes later, Ali Mabkhout leveled the scoring for Al Jazira when he picked up a nice pass from Khalfan Mubarak before opening up a space and drilling the ball into the back of the net.
Nine minutes after the break, Tiago De Leonco put the hosts ahead when he ran onto a superb pass from Sultan Al Ghafri as the former struck a spectacular volley into the top corner of the net.
Two minutes after the hour-mark, Waleed Ambar cemented his side's lead with a clinical finish from inside the box into the bottom corner of the net.
Tiago De Leonco made it 4-1 when he timed his run perfectly to head in Mohamed Rayhi's cross in the 77th minute.
The result means that Al Dhafra sit 14th with 11 points, while Al Jazira are 6th with 43 points.
