Al Wahda came from two goals down to win 3-2 against Qatari side Al Rayyan at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Group E of the AFC Champions League on Tuesday.
Shoja Khalilzadeh netted the opener for Al Rayyan on 13 minutes and Abdelaziz Hatem doubled their lead nine minutes after the break. Manea Al Ruwais reduced the deficit in the 66th minute and Khalil Ibrahim leveled the scoreline only five minutes from time.
Fares Juma completed Al Wahda's comeback when he netted the winner deep into injury time.
Matchday 4 will see Al Wahda, who have 4 points from three games, clash with Al Rayyan again on Friday.
