Al Nasr came from a 1-2 down to secure a 3-2 win over Al Jazira at Mohammad Bin Zayed Stadium on Saturday.
The victory means that Al Nasr sit 7th with 18 points, while Al Jazira are 6th with 20 points.
Abdoulaye Toure quickly broke the deadlock with powerful, slightly-deflected shot from inside the box that beat goalkeeper Ali Khaseif.
Ali Mabkout received the ball inside the box, skipped past a defender and tucked a finish in from close range to hit the equalizer in the 35th minute.
Three minutes before the hour-mark, Zayed Sultan turned the game on its head when he drilled in from a tight angle as the pressure paid off.
Al Nasr's pressed to return back in the game and they got what they wanted when Adel Taarbat timed his run perfectly to head in Moussa Ndiaye's cross in the 72nd minute.
The drama continued when Moussa Ndiay bombed into the penalty area rising majestically above Al Jazira's defense, as he connected with a superbly-executed rocket header which past Ali Khaseif.
