Khalil Sebait's late penalty secured a 2-2 draw for Al Bataeh with Sharjah in matchweek 21 of the ADNOC Pro League on Saturday.
Ousmane Camara snatched an early lead for Sharjah after ten minutes when he fired a wonderful sublime strike into the top left corner of the net.
Cho Yu-Min's own goal in the 77th minute saw Al Bataeh leveling the scoring.
Four minutes later, Majid Surour sealed the victory with a diving header into the bottom corner of the net.
Ahmed Khalil Sebait hit the late equalizer through a penalty spot as he stroked the ball into the back of the net.
The result means that Sharjah are sixth with 31 points, while Al Bataeh sit seventh with 26 points.
