Two goals in each half from Ajman earned them a 2-0 victory over Ittihad Kalba in matchweek 23 of the ADNOC Pro League on Wednesday.
Eduardo Kempf's own goal gave Ajman the lead in the 27th minute when Waleed Azaro's strike hit the post as the Brazilian defender inadvertently turned the ball into his own net.
Waleed Azaro cemented his side's lead four minutes after the break when he met Ali Madan's low cross with a clinical finish from close range.
The result means that Ajman jump to the sixth spot with 41 points, while Ittihad Kalba remain eighth with 29 points.
