A brace from Sebastian Tagliabue and a goal from M. Marega made the difference for Sharjah in a 3-1 away win over Emirates in matchweek five of the ADNOC Pro League on Sunday.
Sebastian Tagliabue headed in Miralem Pjanic's cross to break the deadlock and give Sharjah the lead after ten minutes.
Lithierry Silva restored the parity in the 36th minute when Oumar Keita's 20-metre strike bounced off the bar, and Silva hammered the ball home. Another brilliant header from Tagliabue put Sharjah ahead in the injury time of the first half.
New signing M. Marega sealed the victory and secured the three points for the visitors when he picked up the ball inside the box and fired a right-footed effort into the back of the net.
