Sharjah snatched a 1-0 win over Uzbekistan's Nasaf to top Group B.
Caio Lucas scored the only goal of the game in the injury time of the first half.
Sharjah had to resume the game with ten players after Majed Hassan was sent off, while goalkeeper Adel Al Hosani was the hero after denying a penalty kick from Azizbek Amonov to secure the three points for the hosts.
Sharjah are now topping group B with seven points, while Nasaf come second with six points, ahead of Qatar's Al Sadd, who are third with two points, and Jordan's Al Faisaly are fourth with zero points.
Matchweek four of the group will take place on November 6th, with Nasaf hosting Sharjah in Qarshi, while Al Faisaly welcome Al Sadd in Oman.
