Emirates stadium hosted the game between Emirates club and Sharjah in ADNOC Pro League's match-week 12, where both sides shared the spoils following an interesting 2-2 draw.
The hosts entered the game early with an opener from Yago de Jesus in the 6th minute as the Brazilian made the best of an accurate cross sent from the left flank.
Sharjah attempted to find their rhythm and get back in the game and they managed to equalize in the 29th minute with an own goal scored by Emirates defender Salem Al-Eedi.
Yago de Jesus put the visiting team in trouble once again by bagging his second goal in the 69th minute, before Sharjah's Caio Lucas saved the day for his side with a late equalizer in the 81st minute.
The draw saw Emirates earn their second point of the season as they remain last in the standings while Sharjah currently lie in fourth spot having reached 20 points.
