Emirates snatched their fourth victory in the ADNOC Pro League by securing a 2-1 hard-earned win over Al Nasr on Friday in matchweek 25.
The cheers were deafening when Andres Iniesta slotted home from the penalty spot past Ahmed Shambih in the 24th minute.
Five minutes before the break, Ismail Salem doubled Emirates' lead with a first-time shot after being set up by Alcacer.
Al Nasr reduced the margin at the hour-mark through Adel Taarabt's spot kick to make it 2-1.
The result left Emirates 13th with 17 points, while are sixth with 39 points.
