His Excellency Abdulla Nasser Al Jneibi congratulated His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, President of Al Ain Sports and Cultural Club and President of the Honorary Board; His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, First Vice President of Al Ain Club and First Vice President of the Honorary Council and His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, National Security Advisor, Second Vice President of Al Ain Club and the Honorary Council on the occasion of Al Ain club winning the ADNOC Pro League title for the fifth time in the Pro League era and 14th in the club’s history.
Al Jneibi stressed that Al Ain’s triumph with three games to spare is a testament to their worthiness of the title, achieved thanks to the efforts of everyone surrounding the club including administrative staff, technical staff, players and fans, all of whom combined to create an impressive mosaic at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium on the night of victory.
The Chairman explained that the UAE Pro League has strived throughout the season to implement the highest standards in organizing the ADNOC Pro League and the rest of its competitions but reiterated that there is still more work to be done in the final three weeks of the league to conclude the competition in the best way possible, in line with the efforts being exerted to develop UAE football.
