The UAE Pro League board of directors held on Wednesday, October 28th, its fourth periodic meeting for the 2020-21 season via web video conferencing. The meeting was headed by UAE Pro League chairman His Excellency Abdulla Naser Al Junaibi and attended by Vice President Jamal Hamed Al Marri and board members Mohammed Obaid AlYamahi, Hassan Taleb Al Marri, Tariq Ali Al Shabibi, Saeed Obaid Al Kaabi, and Jawaher Abdulaziz Al Suwaidi, in addition to CEO Waleed Al Hosani and Business Development Director Dr. Khalid Mohammed Abdullah.
The board started the meeting by reviewing the progress report and approving the minutes of the previous meeting. The meeting continued with a detailed presentation on the 2020-2030 strategic plan developments and the phases that have been completed. It was followed by a presentation on the Pro League’s media policy developments. A report on the audited financial statements for the year ending on June 30, 2020 (for the 2019/2020 season) was presented at the end of the meeting.
