Shabab Al Ahli Maintain Pole Spot in U-21 Pro League despite Loss to Al Jazira

Title holders Shabab Al Ahli retained the pole spot of the U-21 Pro League with four points clear despite losing 2-1 to second-placed Al Jazira.

They are now at the top of the league table with 43 points, four points above second-placed Al Jazira, which will heat up competition for the league title.

Matchweek 19, which took place on Saturday and Sunday, March 11th and 12th, saw four home wins, and three away victories, as the net rippled on 26 occasions.

Saturday's actions get underway with Dibba losing 0-1 to Ittihad Kalba, while Ajman secured a 3-2 win over Khorfakkan.

Meanwhile, Al Ain played out a 1-1 draw with Dibba, while Al Ain snatched a 3-1 win over Al Wahda, and Al Bataeh defeated Al Dhafra 2-1.

The games continue on Sunday with Al Nasr securing a 4-1 emphatic win over Bani Yas, while Al Sharjah pulled off a 3-2 win over Al Wasl.

Matchweek 19 fixtures concluded with Al Jazira stealing a 2-1 away-from-home victory over league leaders Shabab Al Ahli.
