The 2023 winter window opened for business on Wednesday, January 11th, and it closes for the ADNOC Pro League clubs on Wednesday, February 8th.
The January transfer window allows clubs to address areas of concern before it's too late, however; it did not see huge deals among all clubs, as the biggest transfers are usually done in the off-season months.
