Khorfakkan returned to winning ways in the ADNOC Pro League with a 3-1 emphatic victory over bottom side Al Dhafra at Hamdan Bin Zayed Stadium in matchweek 23 on Tuesday.
Aylton Filipe gave Khorfakkan an early lead after just two minutes when he met Mehdi Abeid's cross with a superb first-time volley into the bottom corner of the net.
Antonio Junior cemented his side's lead three minutes later after firing a sublime strike from outside the box into the bottom right corner.
Saymon De Barros added the third goal of the night to seal the victory and seal the victory for Khorfakkan seconds before the final whistle when he capitalized a superb pass from Fabio Goncalves to fire a powerful strike into the back of the net.
Abdalla Elrefaey reduced the margin for Al Dhafra in the death when he climbed above Khorfakkan's defense to head in Mohamed Rayhi's cross in the 90th minute.
The win saw Khorfakkan jump up to the tenth place with 24 points, while Al Dhafra remain bottom with just 4 points and become the first relegated team from the ADNOC Pro League next season
