A stoppage-time goal from Fabio De Lima earned Al Wasl a 1-1 draw against Sharjah at Zabeel Stadium in matchweek 19 of the ADNOC Pro League on Saturday.
Seven minutes after the hour-mark, Sharjah found the breakthrough and took the lead when Ousmane Camara eased past his challenger, sending a nice pass to Jorge Djaniny, whose shot from inside the box hit the back of the net.
Just as the visitors were about to secure the three points, Fabio De Lima struck deep into stoppage time with a back-heeled goal to save a point for the hosts.
The result means that Al Wasl sit third with 39 points, while Sharjah are fifth with 35 points.
