Al Wasl Trio Clinches ADNOC Pro League's Top Honors for August

The UAE Pro League has unveiled the winners of the 'Best Monthly Awards' for August, with Al Wasl's trio sweeping the major accolades. Ali Saleh clinched the Best Player title, while Khaled Al Senaani emerged as the Best Goalkeeper and Milos Milosevic took home the award for the Best Coach.

The overwhelming turnout of the fans accentuated this impressive feat by Al Wasl's trio. Votes were predominantly cast via the UAE Pro League's official website and its mobile app.

Ali Saleh's exemplary performance was evident as he led Al Wasl to successive victories against the teams of Emirates and Sharjah. He scored the decisive goal against Emirates, assisted against Sharjah, and notably earned a penalty for his team.

He stood out in the voting, eclipsing notable names like Harib Abdalla Suhail from Shabab Al Ahli, Youssoufou Niakaté from Bani Yas, Kevin Agudelo from Al Nasr, and Leandro Spadacio from Ittihad Kalba.

Goalkeeper Khaled Al Senaani was lauded for his impeccable form, particularly for maintaining a clean sheet against the Emirates team and his crucial penalty save versus Sharjah. He secured more votes than competitors Al Bataeh's Ibrahim Essa and Majed Naser from Shabab Al Ahli.

Completing the trio's dominance, Coach Milos Milosevic's exceptional strategic leadership at the onset of the season garnered him the Best Coach accolade in his debut ADNOC Pro League appearance.

He edged out top-tier coaches like Al Ain's Alfred Schreuder, and Marko Nikolić of Shabab Al Ahli, both of whom also showcased tactical brilliance in the league's opening two fixtures.
