The UAE Pro League organized a workshop for the 2025-2026 season's kick-off at Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island on Saturday.
The Workshop was attended by the UAE Pro League's CEO, Musab Al Marzouqi, in addition to representatives from professional football clubs, match officials, and members from different league departments.
The two-day workshop began with a speech by Musab Al Marzouqi, who welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of this annual meeting with club representatives, as it is the cornerstone for building a new season filled with passion, commitment, and the ambition to meet expectations, especially under the support of the nation's wise leadership.
Al Marzouqi added that the path of professionalism is based on integrated and collaborative work with the clubs, which is why the league is committed to continually updating and improving regulations and policies across technical, marketing, commercial, media, and broadcast sectors.
The workshop continued with a ceremony honoring a number of clubs' representatives responsible for match organization, in recognition of their efforts during the past season.
Meanwhile, presentations were delivered outlining updates and amendments to competition regulations, including areas such as marketing, commercial affairs, media and TV production, competitions, and operations.
The session also reviewed the major achievements of the previous season and included recommendations for continued collaboration to ensure a successful new season.
The second day of the workshop will continue on Sunday with dedicated lectures for match officials affiliated with the UAE Pro League.
