Khorfakkan and Al Nasr played out a thrilling 3-3 draw on Saturday night at Saqr bin Mohammad Al Qassimi Stadium in Matchweek 23 of the ADNOC Pro League.
Lourency Do was the standout for Khorfakkan, scoring twice in the first half. His opener came in the 21st minute with a clinical finish following a pinpoint cross.
He doubled the lead with a brilliant solo effort in the 34th minute, showcasing skill and control to make it 2-0 for the hosts.
Al Nasr responded quickly. Marouan Azarkan pulled one back in the 36th minute, with the goal awarded after a VAR review.
He struck again with a well-timed header in the 43rd minute to level the score 2-2 before halftime.
Khorfakkan regained the lead early in the second half through Aylton Filipe, who found the net in the 53rd minute to make it 3-2.
But Al Nasr refused to back down. In the 67th minute, Ahmed Abdalla Mohamad equalized for the visitors, securing a well-earned point in a game full of momentum swings and attacking flair.
