Sharjah jumped to the top of the ADNOC Pro League's table with a 1-0 victory over Dibba Al Hisn at Sharjah Stadium in matchweek 14 of the ADNOC Pro League on Friday.
The result took Sharjah to lead the table with 37 points, while Dibba Al Hisn remained thirteenth with nine points.
Sharjah took an early lead and scored the only goal of the game after four minutes when Tyrone Conraad orchestrated a fine one-two pass with newly signed Adel Taarabt as the former fired the ball into the back of the net.
This is Sharjah's fastest goal during the ongoing season, as they found the back of the net after three minutes and forty-six seconds.
The hosts tried to cement their lead in the second half, but they were able to maintain their privilege during the 90 minutes.
