The UAE Pro League organized a graduation ceremony for participants of the Club Capacity Building Program for professional club members.
The program covered various specialties, including executive management, marketing management, marketing and branding, legal affairs, human resources, finance, technical direction, fan engagement, and content creation for websites and social media.
The event took place at the Rixos Premium Saadiyat Hotel in Abu Dhabi on Thursday, 23 May, attended by Jawaher Abdulaziz Al Suwaidi, a member of the UAE Pro League Board of Directors, Business Development Consultant Dr. Khalid Mohammed Abdulla, and representatives of the professional clubs.
In this regard, Jawaher Al Suwaidi congratulated the program participants, emphasizing the UAE Pro League's commitment to continuously developing the skills of club employees and recognizing their vital role in the success of professional football. She highlighted that the Club Capacity Building Program, launched in 2020, aims to enhance administrative work in clubs and improve performance across various fields in line with global best practices.
"The program included workshops and lectures tailored to each specialty, allowing club representatives to benefit from globally experienced lecturers. The fruitful discussions and idea exchanges during the sessions will undoubtedly contribute to institutional development in the clubs and enhance the individual skills of the participants," said Al Suwaidi.
