Al Nasr claimed a thrilling 3-2 win over Al Bataeh in Gameweek Two of the ADIB Cup first round at Khalid bin Mohammed Stadium, booking their place in the quarterfinals where they will face Shabab Al Ahli.

Kevin Agudelo broke the deadlock in the 26th minute with a thunderous strike, before Abdoulaye Toure doubled the lead seven minutes later from a perfectly executed counterattack.
Al Bataeh responded quickly, as Daniel Bessa pulled one back in the 36th minute with a smart finish to make it 2-1 at halftime.
Toure stole the spotlight in the second half with a stunning solo effort in the 54th minute, dribbling past five defenders in Maradona style to net his second of the night and his first brace for Al Nasr.
Substitute Mehdi Ghayedi thought he had added a fourth, but his effort was ruled out for offside.
Deep into stoppage time, Bessa struck again from the penalty spot in the 99th minute to make it 3-2, but Al Nasr held firm to secure their place in the next round.
