7 Clubs Crowned ADIB Cup Champions – Who Will Be Next?

The ADIB Cup has created a golden record of champions who lifted the trophy, their achievements engraved in the history of the competition.

 

 

Each edition tells its own story, engraved in the history of the competition.

 

 

Ahead of the new season of the ADIB Cup, here is a look at the most successful clubs in the professional era:

 

 

Shabab Al Ahli leads the list with five titles, won in 2012, 2014, 2017, 2019, and 2021.

 

 

 

Al Wahda follows with three titles in 2016, 2018, and 2024.

 

 

 

Al Ain, Al Nasr, and Al Jazira have each won the trophy twice, in 2009 and 2022 for Al Ain, 2015 and 2020 for Al Nasr, and 2010 and 2025 for Al Jazira.

 

 

 

Ajman claimed one title in 2013, while Sharjah lifted the cup once in 2023.

 

 

 

Gameweek One matches of the 2025–26 ADIB Cup begin on Saturday, 30 August, with three fixtures: Al Dhafra against Al Wasl at 17:55 at Hamdan Bin Zayed Stadium, Al Nasr facing Al Bataeh at 17:55 at Al Maktoum Stadium, and Al Ain playing Kalba at 20:30 at Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium.

 

 

 

On Sunday, 31 August, the excitement continues with two matches at 17:55, Khorfakkan against Bani Yas at Saqr Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi Stadium and Dibba against Sharjah at Dibba Stadium. The final game of the round sees Al Wahda host Ajman at 20:30 at Al Nahyan Stadium.
