The Board of Directors of the UAE Pro League held its seventh periodic meeting for the 2021-22 season, on the morning of Friday, January 28, via video conferencing.
The meeting was chaired by UAE Pro League Chairman Abdulla Naser Al Jneibi and attended by Vice Chairman Jamal Hamed Al Marri and board members Mohammed Obaid Al Yamahi, Hassan Taleb Al Marri, Tariq Ali Al Shabibi, Saeed Obaid Al Kaabi, and Jawaher Abdulaziz Al Suwaidi, in addition to CEO Waleed Al Hosani and Business Development Director Dr. Khalid Mohammed Abdullah.
The meeting discussed the planned agenda of developing the UAE Pro League, which will be presented at the “UAE PL Development Forum” scheduled for Sunday, January 30th, at the Rixos Premium JBR in Dubai to discuss various aspects of the development of Emirati football and the UAE Pro League competitions, with the participation of club representatives and a group of international experts.
During the meeting, the board of directors reviewed the progress of all the initiatives scheduled to be discussed during the forum.
They also discussed the efforts of the work teams that worked over the past four months to reach proposals and ideas that will be discussed during the forum.
