UAE Pro League board member Jawaher Al Suwaidi said that the International Women’s Day revives feelings of pride in the wise leadership’s efforts to empower women. She added, “we congratulate ourselves as Emirati women and girls on this global occasion. I extend my warmest congratulations to Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, Chairwoman of the General Women's Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, who inspires and supports all of us. She paved the way for us to succeed and believe in our abilities and skills to assume all positions, driven by the values of equality, efficiency, and ambition.”
Al Suwaidi added that Emirati women promise the wise leadership on International Women’s Day to continue serving the nation while making effective contributions to society to confirm that Emirati women are able to defy the impossible and establish their position in all fields.
